Every refit begins with a thorough survey of the vessel, carried out by our experienced project managers. We assess the hull, deck, systems, and interior to identify all necessary work and potential challenges. Based on this survey, we provide a detailed quotation and a realistic timeline. Once approved, we assign a dedicated project manager who coordinates all trades, schedules deliveries, and keeps you informed at every stage. Our team works in parallel where possible to minimise downtime. After completion, we conduct sea trials and a final inspection before handing over your yacht. We also offer storage and maintenance services for vessels awaiting their next season.
